1. Who We Are
Thunder Boom is a small, family-run business in American Fork, Utah, making reusable black powder signal cannons called Thunder Mugs. Our products are meant for responsible adults who like noise, freedom, and celebrating like it’s 1776.
2. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you're agreeing to buy something awesome—and pay for it. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Orders won’t ship until payment is processed.
3. Shipping & Handling
We ship as fast as we can, usually within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on holidays, volume, or supply issues (it happens). If your package gets lost or damaged, let us know within 5 days so we can help.
4. Product Use & Safety
Thunder Mugs are loud, powerful, and not toys. You are fully responsible for how you use your product. Misuse can cause injury or worse. Always follow local laws and safety instructions. If you’re not sure whether it’s legal to use a signal cannon in your area, check first.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. See our Boomproof Warranty for info on repairs or damage claims.
6. Liability Disclaimer
By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for any risk or injury. Thunder Boom is not liable for any misuse, accidents, legal trouble, or damage caused by improper use of our products. Don’t be dumb with things that go boom.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and product names on this site belong to Thunder Boom. Don’t copy, steal, or repurpose our stuff without permission. We worked hard on it.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We won’t sell your info, spam your inbox, or track you creepily. We only use your information to fulfill orders, send updates, or respond to support requests.
9. Affiliate Program
Affiliates are expected to act in good faith and follow the program guidelines. Abuse of the program (fake referrals, misleading claims, etc.) can result in termination from the program and loss of unpaid commissions.
10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason—including suspicion of misuse, fraud, or weird vibes we can’t explain.
