"Kraken’s Call" 24” Naval Cannon

In the 18th century naval captains used signal cannons and thunder mugs to communicate with the ports upon arrival into the harbor. Today you can own your very own cannon to celebrate birthdays, reunions, Independence Day or New Years. Light it off near the sea and call your very own Kraken.
 
Because of the length of my lathe I cannot drill a solid piece. So this is made from 3 separate pieces of machined steel that are press fit together and then welded. It is engineered to withstand high pressure loads. You can think of this as a solid piece of metal and the seams have been blended so you’ll never know where they are. The Trunnions are pressed AND welded for maximum security.
